OneFile is a secure management system used by the college for the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Diploma qualification. It undergoes regular system updates to preserve its integrity.

Also, I use the college laptop to assess the work products uploaded by the students to the management system. During an assessment, I download these pieces of evidence on the college laptop and delete them once I have finished assessing the units. I ensure these work-product pieces of evidence are not copied or saved on another personal external system or drive.
